Cotton Candy is curious, and will take treats out of my hand. Though skittish, she calms with a gentle hand and I am able to move from one cage to the other without any trouble. Last two photos are of her dam and sire, both of which who are excellent breeders, and are very friendly and calm.
Tamuk rabbits were introduced by the Texas A&M University at Kensington who wanted a breed that better suited our hot and humid Texas climate. Tamuk rabbits are a combination of several different breeds. They can breed year round, have a fast growth rate and good meat to bone ratio. These docile rabbits are known for having long ears, thin pelts, and are excellent mothers having litters of 6-10 kits with good survival rate.
