Some outdoor kid things, a couple pieces of furniture, an in-car 6 CD changer (no idea if it works, was left in garage by previous residents).

Please take any / all. I won't respond to replies but I'll take the ad down as soon as I notice it's all gone, or update if some goes and some is still left.

The chair and tables and CD changer are under cover so they won't get rained on.

Blue chair in decent shape, little dusty as it sat in garage a month. The tables could use refinishing but are fairly solid and for somebody willing to do the project could turn out nice.

Playset and kid yard toys are well-used but plenty left in them. If they're not gone in a few days I'll take them over to Mary Alice Park.

Located in alley between Maple and Poplar, just off Locust (would be continuation of 10th Ave E). The map pin is exact.
