Videographer needed for a corporate AI workshop in downtown Tulsa on Wednesday, October 7.
We are hiring one experienced videographer to capture a half-day business workshop (about 50 attendees) at a downtown Tulsa venue near Main Street. The exact venue address will be shared privately with the hired videographer.
SCHEDULE (must be available for the full window):
- 11:00 AM: Arrive for tech check and setup
- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Program coverage (speaker on stage, audience reactions, hands-on working sessions)
- 5:00 - 5:30 PM: Reception candids
- Wrap by 5:30 PM
DELIVERABLE: Raw footage only, delivered via Google Drive or similar within 48 hours. No editing required or included.
COMPENSATION: $500 total. $250 in cash or instant transfer when you arrive for tech check, $250 upon delivery of the raw files.
REQUIREMENTS - your reply must include all four or it will not be considered:
1. Links to samples of your event/corporate work
2. The exact camera and audio equipment you will bring (we need clean audio; a feed or shotgun/lav capability is a plus)
3. Confirmation that you are available for the entire 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM window on Wednesday, October 7
4. In your own words, restate the payment terms as you understand them
Professional conduct and dress expected. This is a one-day gig with a national keynote speaker; strong footage may lead to repeat bookings in other cities.
