under capitalism more people live a good standard of living than anywhere in the world. the avg person has consistent utilities, running water, electricity that works more than 4 hours a day, the freedom to go as they please, eat when they want, and yes get emergency medical care whether you have insurance or not. raise your kids as they see fit, not how the government see fit, to believe what they want. even wackos have the privilege to believe they are something they can never be under capitalism, (man to woman, etc) capitalism allows the best standard of living for the most people. socialism always makes everyone the same, poorer, less freedom, and choice. I dont want to be filthy rich as you say, I dont want the constant management that wealth brings. I would enjoy doing things for other like the few filthy rich people I know get to do, but it would not be worth the headache and responsibility of employing tens of thousands like they do. Socialism is truly just envy of others hard work.
