Quiet place has the occasional odd ones but hey. 3rd floor so two flights to get up to the door and two to go down to ground level, thats it. Please note this. The room area is of your choice, either the nook against the wall far side of kitchen. Or where the futon is now could also fit a full size bed. And it's by the front door more so and right by the window to the balcony. Full size bed only nothing larger sorry. Or futon could be used idc.
