We are seeking an experienced, sharp, and authoritative Operations Manager to help lead our team and keep our venue running at peak performance.
Position Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house daily club operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the shift, coordinating a diverse staff, ensuring strict legal and safety compliance, and optimizing the overall guest experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume nightlife management, excellent conflict-resolution skills, and the business acumen required to maximize profitability while mitigating risk.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 3+ years of proven management experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Certifications: Must possess an Oklahoma liquor license, alcohol server training certificate from an ABLE approved program and food-handlers permit from the Tulsa Health Department.
• Financial Literacy: Strong competency in cash handling, basic accounting procedures, and POS systems.
• Crisis Management: Exceptional de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations with authority and composure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and major holidays.
