Looking for an experience Maintenance Tech-

$20.00 to 25.00 per hour "depending" on skills PLUS cell phone and gasoline Allowance.......Must have own transportation (preferably a truck) ...... Carpentry, Painting, Sheetrock work etc. Minor roofing, light electrical, light plumbing etc. Real Estate includes; 1) Smaller apartments in the near downtown Tulsa area. 2) South Tulsa - Several residential duplexes 3) retail center's in Broken Arrow 4) North of Bixby - several residental duplexes

Must have own truck and tools, valid driver's license, valid tag on truck and evidense of vehicle insurance
