FS Builder Resources (FSBR) is expanding its network of independent contractors throughout Oklahoma. We are seeking experienced installation professionals and crews to support multifamily construction projects. Contractors may perform one or more installation scopes based on experience, licensing requirements, and availability.
Complete installation work according to project specifications and builder standards.
Maintain quality, safety, and customer service expectations on every project.
Coordinate scheduling and completion timelines with FSBR project teams.
Provide required tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified labor.
Maintain all applicable licenses, insurance, and business registrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in one or more of the listed installation trades.
Ability to work independently and manage project schedules.
General liability insurance and any required trade-specific licensing
Reliable transportation and installation tools/equipment.
Ability to meet builder quality and safety standards.
Compensation
Project-based compensation. Rates are determined by scope of work, geographic location, project complexity, and contractor qualifications.
