This sofa/couch purchased in 2024 comes with a five year warranty that was purchased. If you do not want the warranty it will be $700. I will not hold the couch unless you put a $100 deposit down which is nonrefundable couch must be picked up within three days and the deposit will go towards the purchase price must pick up serious inquiries only Also, in case you’re wondering if it will fit in a small space unless you have a extremely tiny space it will fit. I did have it in a small apartment and it was lovely.
