This sofa/couch was purchased in 2024. It comes with a five year warranty that was also purchased. If you do not want the warranty I will sell it for 700 there is a deposit of $100 which is nonrefundable to hold this piece if you do purchase this item, it will go towards the purchase price once a deposit is attained. You will have three days to pick up the couch. Also, I cannot deliver serious inquiries only. I cannot forget to mention I had a small apartment and at first I didn’t think this big couch could fit, but it not only fit perfectly. It really complimented the space.
