• Upstairs primary bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with shower
• Two main-floor bedrooms: one queen bed and one bunk bed
• Main-floor bathroom with tub/shower

• Propane forced-air heating and a wood-burning stove
• Firewood available in the garage; cost reimbursed by tenant

The cabin sits at approximately 7,000 feet elevation. Applicants should be comfortable with substantial snowfall and winter mountain conditions.
Lease terms
• Available January 2–April 30, 2027, with departure May 1
• Offers accepted starting at $5,000/month for the full lease period; please submit your best monthly rental offer
• Rent payable in four monthly installments, with payment dates specified in the lease

• First rent installment and a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent due at signing
• Departure cleaning fee: $300
• House-trained pets considered; additional $100 pet cleaning fee, with tenants responsible for pet-related damage
• Maximum overnight occupancy: six
