Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, including menu development and food preparation.
• Ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory, food costs, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for creating high-quality, innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Ability to relocate to Truckee
