Obviously, Mr. O'Brien has left me hanging. The debris pics show what TKO left behind in their "who cares" work attitude. I had to pay out of pocket to have the debris removed..see pics. Yesterday, July 3 2026, time has run out and I now ask you "who you goin' call for concrete work"?
August 25, 2026. Filed a Better Business Bureau ("BBB") complaint in July and the 30 day period ran in August. TKO Cement and Construction LLC by and through Cody O'Brien did not respond to any communications (of which there were at least 2) from the BBB showing what they think about their customers!!! "Who you goin call for concrete work?"
From the start of TKO signing a contract to repair my patio..December 2025 always excuses why something could not get done. When asked for $ to be repaid that I had advanced, nothing. Texts that said "I will pay you what I owe you" from TKO with no $ EVER being sent. That is TKO.
September 9, 20026 i have sent a few texts to TKO/Cody O'Brien...NO response, no "I know I owe you $", no "I know I did not respond to your better business bureau complaint. That is TKO/Cody O'Brien. "Who you gonna call for concrete work?"
