🚗 JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring dependable, motivated, and reliable delivery drivers to join our team. Drivers use their own personal vehicles to complete assigned delivery routes in a fast-paced environment.
💰 PAY & SCHEDULE
Route #6: $1.60 per stop
Route #10: $1.80 per stop
* Weekly pay via ADP Direct Deposit
* Drivers work the first two weeks in the hole
* First standard payroll check is issued the following Wednesday after the pay cycle processes
* Typical routes: 50–200+ stops per day
* Schedule: 5–6 days per week
* Weekends are required
* Warehouse start time: 6:00 AM
* Drivers must arrive on time for sorting, scanning, and loading
📍 RESPONSIBILITIES
* Arrive at the warehouse on time
* Sort and scan assigned packages
* Load packages into your personal vehicle
* Deliver all assigned packages the same day
* Follow all company delivery procedures and policies
* Take proper Proof of Delivery (POD) photos at every stop
* Communicate with management throughout the day
* Return all undeliverable packages as instructed
📸 PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) REQUIREMENTS
Every delivery must include:
1. A clear photo of the package label
2. A clear photo of the delivery address
3. A photo showing exactly where the package was left
Apartment deliveries require additional photos, including the building address and unit number.
⚠️ IMPORTANT DELIVERY POLICIES
* NO mailbox deliveries — strictly prohibited
* Do NOT leave packages outside closed businesses
* All assigned routes must be completed the same day
* Proper POD photos are required for every delivery
* Improper PODs or excessive failed deliveries may result in penalties
* Drivers must follow all return procedures for undeliverable packages
* Any available fast-pay options require full compliance with company policies
✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 18 years or older
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable personal vehicle — car, SUV, or van
* Smartphone with active data service
* Ability to use the delivery app and take clear photos
* Ability to lift and carry packages
* Strong reliability and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes
