We are looking to build relationships with small, dependable plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, and electrical contractors in the Traverse City and surrounding Northern Michigan area.

We are looking for:
* Licensed Plumbing Contractors

We are especially interested in smaller local contractors who are looking for steady opportunities without having to chase their own general contracting work.
Projects are generally located throughout the Traverse City, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, and surrounding Northern Michigan areas.
Work may include:
* New construction
* Commercial build-outs
* Residential construction
* Remodels and renovations
