Trade your storage space for my construction labor (Oak Harbor/Coupeville)

I am seeking about 1000sf of enclosed storage space in the Oak Harbor/Coupeville area for about 1 year or less, to store a bunch of my tools and other miscellaneous business things.
What I have to trade for that is my construction expertise. I have all the tools and knowledge to do pretty much anything you might have. If you have a property that needs some TLC, I can help. I prefer to do the kind of work that requires the use of my many years of experience in almost all aspects of building.
I work full time in Coupeville and live in Oak Harbor.
