We are looking for a framer for subfloor, siding and flooring job.
1) Subfloor job
Connect 4x6 beams under floor and cover up the subfloor with 3 new crawl space openning. $500 for labor pay by check or direct deposit after completion.
2) Siding job
Install 4x8 hardie board siding, battern and board.
3) Flooring job
Install old hardwood flooring and refinishing the hardwood (sanding and apply stain/protection coats)
We provide sanding tool and materials, $600 for labor to install the old hardwood, $2000 labor for sanding and refinishing. Payment by check or direct deposit after completion. W-9 form is needed before any payment above $600.
