XTR Custom Epoxy Tomo Sci-Phi2 surfboard ($200 OBO, make an offer!), made for me. Features XTR's closed cell foam, single light carbon stringer, XTR standard glassing, bat tail, and 5 fin Futures fin box. Sized 5'4" x19 1/2 x 2 1/2 at 29.12 liters. Board is in great shape, a bit discolored from the sun, one fixed ding on the rounded nose (see pictures). This board rides waves like a skateboard—fast, loose, and highly responsive underfoot. It generates speed easily, carries momentum through flatter sections, and changes direction with very little effort. The wide outline and bat tail give it plenty of lift and acceleration, while the refined tail and rails still provide control when the wave gets steeper or more powerful. It is especially fun for quick direction changes, tight turns, and an energetic, skate-style approach to surfing.
The five-fin Futures setup allows it to be ridden as either a thruster for more predictable control or a quad for additional speed and drive. At 29.12 liters packed into a compact 5'4" shape, it offers a lot of performance and flotation without feeling like a bigger board. I am only selling it because I have gained some weight, gotten a little older, and now feel more comfortable on boards in the 30–31-liter range.
Although the Sci-Phi 2 shape I have isn't posted online, here's a online description of the board: https://www.surfboardfactoryhawaii.com/product/firewire-sci-fi-2-0/?srsltid=AfmBOoqtSh5o3FK9JvEktcdkovp7ulZzK0YQS1jLcoBYX7WvJq3sP1QB
Fins not included (all XTR boards come finless and one buys the fin setup they want for your use/performance specifications). Bag not included (need that for my next board being made by XTR).
