Female professional is looking for a female roommate to share the lease of a beautiful 1,313 sqft, 2 story townhome in Rancho Santa Margarita. The townhouse has a dual master suite layout so we each get our own master bedroom and private bath. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished and we'll be sharing all the common living spaces.

The property has a community pool, jacuzzi, and is right across the street from Plaza Antonio shopping center so you can easily walk over to Starbucks, Pavilions and other local shops. Trader Joe's, local restaurants and a movie theater are just a short walk away in the Rancho Santa Margarita town center. There are numerous parks and scenic trails in the area and the house has access to the Santa Margarita lake.

I'm looking for a responsible, tidy person who works outside the home and helps keep things organized. I have a cat and cats are welcome.
