Who We're Looking For
You must:
* Currently live in Japan
* Be legally eligible to work in Japan
* Have a Japanese bank account
* Enjoy meeting people from around the world
* Be confident speaking in front of small groups
* Be reliable, friendly, and adaptable
* Have a genuine passion for Japan and sharing it with others

Bonus Skills
These aren't required, but we'd love to hear if you have:
* Previous guiding experience
* Fluency in multiple languages
* Photography or videography skills
* Experience working with luxury travellers
* Tour guide license
* First aid certification
