Great sounding (well treated) spot for rehearsal and recording. Visual or other artists also welcome. $475/mo for 2 days a week guaranteed/reserved for you (Wed & Thursday) plus flexibility (will be available roughly every second weekend including the Friday, or other days - just touch base w me first to check and chances are you can use the space that day). Keep yer gear there (including drums - yours can be the room kit, or there is storage in the rear left, see pic) - you'll have one entire wall (the mirror wall, on the left in the pic below will has been completely cleared). In addition to that, at the end of said wall (just before the guitar loft - if you zoom in you can see some cases) there's a drawer thingy I use as my mic locker - bottom bin is yours. Yes you can use the minifridge (no we don't need another one). Shared bathroom down the hall (a few other jam spaces). Dogs welcome (mine comes to jam); if you're allergic it won't work out.
