Terms of Sale & Pickup Policies
Please read the following terms carefully before scheduling a purchase or pickup. By purchasing or making an offer on any item listed herein, you agree to these conditions:
1. Local Pickup Terms (Toronto, KS)
• By Appointment Only: All pickups must be scheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Exact location coordinates will be shared only once a specific pickup time is mutually locked in.
• Payment Method: Local pickups are strictly Cash Only. Bills will be verified at the time of exchange. No personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or digital apps (Zelle/Venmo) will be accepted for local transactions.
• Loading & Assistance: All items are located on the ground floor with direct, easy garage or double-door loading access. However, you must bring your own helper(s), vehicle (truck/trailer), straps, and moving equipment (dolly, blankets). The seller cannot assist with any heavy lifting, loading, or securing of items due to physical liability (and cardiac) restrictions.
• Inspection & Finality: All items are sold strictly As-Is, Where-Is. Many high-ticket items are brand-new, factory-sealed, or in original shipping crates. You are welcome to inspect outer packaging or crate seals upon arrival, but once the cash changes hands and the item leaves the property, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or warranties.
2. Shipping & Freight Terms (For Select Mail-Eligible Items)
• Eligible Items: Shipping is available only for items explicitly marked as "Shipping Eligible" (such as the Anycubic 3D Printer, Festool Sander, or select Kreg Jigs). Heavy equipment still in factory crates (like the Stepcraft CNC or Graphtec Cutter) is local pickup only.
• Payment for Shipped Items: For items being mailed, payment must be made via PayPal Goods and Services. This ensures certified protection for both parties. Shipping will occur only after funds have fully cleared.
• Shipping Costs & Insurance: The buyer pays all actual shipping, tracking, and carrier insurance fees. Items valued over $100 will strictly require signature tracking upon delivery.
• Carrier Liability: Once a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), the seller is no longer liable for transit delays, weather damage, or carrier loss. Any shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier using the provided insurance tracking numbers.
