Our client, a leading organization in information management services, is seeking a Mail Associate Level 1 to join their team. As a Mail Associate Level 1, you will be part of the Digital Operations team supporting document processing, mailroom activities, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mail Associate Level 1

Location: Scarborough, ON

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Receive, sort, and process inbound mail including Canada Post, courier, and interoffice mail.
• Prepare and dispatch outbound mail and courier shipments, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
• Open, prepare, and sort incoming mail for scanning and digital capture workflows.
• Operate high-volume scanners and imaging equipment to digitize physical documents.
• Perform accurate data entry and indexing of scanned documents into approved systems.

What's Needed?

• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of documents while maintaining quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and follow operational procedures.
