Must be a non-smoker, easy to get on with, and into doing your share to keep the house clean and tidy. Bonus if you are into the arts, science or social science.
House is smoke free, hardwood floor, tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen. Large eat-in kitchen, front yard garden and front porch, back yard with sitting area and garden. Close to subway and all amenities.
Available bedroom is medium size with an east facing window, and a deep built in closet, and is furnished (queen size bed, shelves, chest of drawers, desk, chair - big enough to fit all those things comfortably).
Viewing times: Friday, Sunday and Monday, September 25, 27, 28, 2026, 1pm, and Monday September 28 7pm.
I hold dance and music events, and am a former lawyer with an MA in philosophy. The other housemate works in IT and is often away. You would be the 3rd housemate. First and last month's rent. Rent includes utilities (high speed internet, electricity, water, gas).
