Parking is $120.00 per month for use of my underground spot Monday to Friday only.
Underground clearance is about 6’7” for a medium sized vehicle. Will fit a Nissan Murano without any clearance issues.
Heated ramp during winter. Seasonal cleaning annually and all vehicles must park elsewhere at their own expense.
