If you don't know what these are used for it would probably be irresponsible for me to sell them to you. But briefly:
The Isolation Transformer is for protecting ourselves as well as our oscilloscope while working on guitar tube amps and similar electronics with old style linear power supplies - will include a "cheater" plug that breaks the ground connection that otherwise defeats the purpose. (Because ground is connected to neutral at your breaker panel.)
The 20A VARIAC (autotransformer) allows us to change the wall-voltage from 0-130% - can also be easily reconfigured to 0-100% range, or can provide 0-240V output at 10A max current to drive your overseas gear with. Aside from use while repairing/building amplifiers, it can also be used to get the Van Halen "Brown Sound" out of your tube amp by under-voltaging it.
And the current-limiter has analog voltage and amperage meters and helps monitor the current usage and protect the device from internal shorts by eating up excessive power with an old style incandescent bulb or bulbs. Master power switch as well as switch to bypass the bulbs (the V and A meters are always connected).
