This is an 11th-floor corner unit (highest floor in the building) with one of the best views I've come across in the Yorkville area.
I've lived around Yorkville for the past few years, and I can honestly say this is the best view I've had from an apartment in the neighbourhood. The unit has an incredibly open view with lots of greenery, the surrounding parks and neighbourhood, the Toronto skyline in the distance, and Casa Loma visible from the unit. The sunsets and sunrises are stunning.

This is a lease assignment, so the new tenant will need to go through the building's normal approval process.
I'd strongly recommend coming to see the unit in person. The photos give you an idea of the view, but the view is much better in person.
