There was a deceased black and white shepherd-looking or aussie dog on Old 75 Hwy (aka Topeka Blvd) today (8/19) at noon and still there at 3 p.m. It's on the northbound shoulder of the road right at the highway entrance to Bettis Asphalt. I called animal control and sent an email to HHHS. I am very sorry if this is your dog.
