Ford Flathead V8 Engine 59 Block 1946 1947 1948 239 Core Vintage OEM V8. Appears to have been hot tanked before I got it. Surface rust as shown in pictures. ATT! NO MAIN CAPS. JUST WHAT IS IN PICTURES. I wire brushed head surface and see no visual cracks. Head surface will probably need surfaced. I point to surface deuteration in 2 of the pictures. Probably from leaking head gasket. Crudely measuring only with tape measure looks like it might have been bored. I measure a little more than 3-3/16". If you bring your mag equipment you can check for cracks. These blocks are getting harder and harder to find. PRICE IS FIRM
