🌱 LAWN CARE • LANDSCAPING • ❄️ WINTER SNOW TEAM
Vision Lawn Care & Snowplow Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned company servicing commercial properties throughout Western New York. We’re looking for reliable, dependable, and trustworthy team members to join our growing team!
🌿 SPRING/SUMMER/FALL:
We are looking for team members experienced or willing to learn:
Commercial lawn mowing
Landscaping & property maintenance
Trimming & edging
Landscape cleanups
Mulching and planting
General outdoor property maintenance
❄️ WINTER TEAM — NOVEMBER 1ST THROUGH MARCH 31ST.
Our winter team helps keep commercial properties safe, accessible, and free from snow and ice hazards.
Winter responsibilities may include:
Snow plowing
Snow blowing & shoveling
Salting and ice control
Sidewalk and walkway clearing
Monitoring properties during winter weather
Helping prevent dangerous slips and falls
Working as part of a team during snow and ice events
⚠️ WINTER WORK IS ON-CALL: TOP PAY$$
Starting November 1st through March 31st, our winter team must be available to respond when winter weather hits. Snow events can require early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
💰 PAY & GROWTH
Pay is based on previous experience and qualifications.
