This is a HANDS-ON management position. You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing our cleaning teams, performing quality-control inspections, and cleaning one assigned location yourself each night.
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE
Bi-Lingual a plus (English; Spanish Speaking)
Schedule:
Monday–Saturday evenings
Approximately 4 hours per night
Starting at 7:30 PM
Pay:
$20-$23 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Travel between our Toms River locations
• Perform quality-control inspections
• Coach, train, and develop cleaning employees
• Supervise teams and hold employees accountable to company standards
• Identify areas that need improvement and work directly with employees to correct them
• Make sure all assigned work is completed properly each night
• Train new employees
• Handle employee call-outs and help coordinate coverage when necessary
• Monitor cleaning supplies
• Monitor employee hours and payroll
• Communicate directly with ownership
• Be hands-on and willing to step in and clean whenever necessary
Requirements:
• Previous commercial cleaning experience REQUIRED
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must be comfortable cleaning as well as managing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be available Monday–Saturday evenings starting at 7:30 PM
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, organized, and capable of coaching and developing a team — not someone who only wants to supervise.
