Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Inspect machinery, check fluid levels, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn components on a regular schedule.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing failures and fix them quickly to reduce downtime.
Facility Upkeep: Repair lighting, doors, drywall, and basic plumbing or HVAC systems and maintaining the grounds.
Required Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and hand or power tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for long shifts.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose equipment failures.
Must be dependable, responsive, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision.
