The outside has some rust.
The wood deck is solid.
The lights work.
Very clean for it's age.
The roof is one piece fiberglass.
The frame is in outstanding condition, only surface rust.
This would be a great first trailer for someone who doesn't want to spend alot.
It does have one problem, the breaks don't work. Not sure what its problem is. But all brakes can be fixed.
I've been using it for years this way.
The trailer doesn't weight alot so I never check into getting them fixed.
