Prosperity Removal is looking for reliable, hardworking people for occasional moving and junk removal jobs throughout the Toledo area.
This is flexible, part-time 1099 independent contractor work for people looking to earn extra money. Jobs are occasional, but we’re looking for people with consistent availability so we can build a dependable crew when work comes in.
Moving experience is preferred, but not required. Reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn are essential.
PAY:
• $25+ per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
• Higher pay opportunities for experienced box-truck drivers.
• Owner-operators with their own truck, operating authority, DOT credentials, and appropriate plates are welcome to inquire about separate opportunities and rates.
YOUR OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED — NON-NEGOTIABLE.
You must be able to drive yourself to designated meetup locations or job sites throughout the Toledo area.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Help load, unload, and move furniture, boxes, appliances, and household items.
• Assist with residential moves, labor-only jobs, and junk removal.
• Protect customers’ homes and belongings.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a small crew.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Dependable people who arrive on time and ready to work.
• Consistent availability, especially on weekends, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, and evening jobs.
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items and perform several hours of physical work.
• A working phone and prompt responses about job availability.
• A positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
• Follow-through once you accept a job.
SCHEDULE:
Work is based on customer demand, and hours are not guaranteed. Some jobs last 2–4 hours; others may be longer. You do not need to be available every day. Let us know the days and times you can consistently work so we can contact you for jobs that fit your schedule.
