Looking for a lead/rythym guitarist to fill spot in a rolling stones tribute/cover band to work with other guitarist in band sharing lead and rythym work to cover the guitar parts from the original recordings and live. Must be able to play in the styles of Keith Richards, Mick Taylor and Ron Wood, and knowledge of how to play in open tunings or willing to learn them. Also able to play slide would be good but not mandatory. This project is built on how the stones have been touring the last 45 years. It will be an 8 piece band once completed by the 2nd guitarist. Band now consists of guitarist, bass, drummer, male lead vocals, female back up vocals, keyboards, and sax/flute/hammond b3/keyboardist. Looking to start playing out 2 to 3 times a month then go from there. The project is currently in beginning stages, so great opportunity to get in on the ground floor for the right person. Member ages are from early 60s to mid 70s. Good side project if you are currently in another band but have a flexible schedule. Anyone with interest in this project who would like more information, please send "text only" to show contact info
