This car is nicely loaded, Heated leather seats, push button start, fog lights, premium Sony sound system, back up sensors on rear bumper, ect.
This Focus is in very nice condition. Runs and drives great. Michelin tires all the way around and brakes feel good. Interior is immaculate with no wear in the leather seats. No trouble lights on the dash. Drives straight down the road and stops straight as well. There are no cracks or chips in the windshield and all the windows operate as they should.
The only problem I can foresee in the near future is the rear brakes. The pads are getting thin and there is rust on the rotors. I am including new brake pads and brake rotors for the rear. It could need the repair in a few months or next year depending on how many miles you drive. Kbb.com values this Focus at $5800 in very good condition. I have priced it fair at $4850…you will not find a Focus like this..very low miles for the year (7,000 miles a year average) with NO RUST, and a top of the line Titanium trim level.
