Hello-please read description. I have a home in West Tijeras 30 minutes from Albuquerque. I am rent one room, with a private bathroom, shared laundry and kitchen. I do have pets, that are pet friendly and keep to themselves. The space you would have is on the opposite side of the home that I live in and is private. I am charging $650 which includes all utilities and wifi. I am willing to lower the price for any handy work you may be able to do. There is a second bedroom attached to your bathroom that is empty and may be rented for an extra $100. I prefer a single person.
