Utility team members are essential to Truck Yard’s overall guest service experience. The primary role is to provide back up and support to the Bar, Cocktails and Kitchen staff during busy shifts. Utility staff report to the manager on duty and team up with the Kitchen crew each shift to ensure Truck Yard is well maintained.
