Pizza Maker & Prep Cook

Responsibilities include:
* Making pizzas from start to finish
* Stretching dough and working the pizza oven
* Preparing sauces, toppings, vegetables, and other ingredients
* General food prep for the kitchen
* Keeping prep stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
* Following food safety and sanitation procedures
* Assisting with kitchen opening and closing duties
* Working efficiently during busy lunch and dinner periods
What we’re looking for:
* Previous pizza-making or pizzeria kitchen experience preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to follow recipes, portions, and kitchen procedures
* Clean, organized, and able to work well with a team
* Must be available for scheduled shifts, including some evenings and weekends
Position: Full-time and/or part-time
Location: Pizza Nova – Tenafly, New Jersey
Pay is based on experience.
