Temporary Workspace Wanted – September | Plant Rental Company Seeking (Brooklyn, NY)

We're a well-established plant rental company looking to lease a temporary workspace for the month of September, our busiest event season.
We're based in Industry City, Brooklyn, and are looking for a space nearby or somewhere that's easily accessible by train.
Our ideal space includes:
At least 1,200 square feet
Access to running water
Air conditioning
Plenty of natural or bright overhead light
Ability to accommodate light production and staging work
What we'll be doing:
Painting and finishing containers
Potting plants
Preparing installations for events
Loading and unloading trucks
We're respectful tenants and keep an organized workspace. This is a temporary, one-month rental, and we're happy to discuss flexible terms. Warehouse space, artist studios, light industrial space, production studios, or other commercial workspaces could all be a great fit.
