IMMEDIATE PROPERTY PRESERVATION WORK – BELL & WILLIAMSON

Per property/service; rates vary by scope, location & property size. Recurring assignments available. Rates confirmed before work is accepted.

We currently have active work available and are looking to build long-term relationships with dependable contractors who can handle recurring lawn maintenance, sales/refresh cleans, debris removal, securing services, and other property preservation work.
Services may include:
Initial & recurring lawn service
Mowing, edging, weed-eating & blowing
Shrub/tree trimming
Sales cleans & refresh cleans
Interior/exterior debris removal & haul-off
Lock changes, lockboxes, padlocks & securing
Boarding/tarping
Winterization and other preservation services for qualified/experienced contractors
Property condition documentation and bid work
📸 PHOTOS ARE A JOB REQUIREMENT — NOT OPTIONAL
Property preservation is documentation-heavy. Contractors must provide clear, complete before, during/action, and after photos for every assignment according to work-order requirements.
During/action photos must show the service actively being performed, such as mowing, weed-eating, edging, trimming, blowing, cleaning, debris removal, securing, or other assigned work.
Photos require GPS/location and timestamp information, wide-angle and close-up views, measurements, equipment photos, and proof of completed work.
Incomplete or missing photos can cause the client to reject the work and may delay or prevent payment.

Please do not respond if you regularly accept assignments and then become unavailable or unresponsive.
We need contractors who:
Communicate promptly and professionally
Confirm assignments and meet completion dates
Notify us before the deadline if there is a problem
Read and follow the complete work order
Submit photos and completion information promptly
Have reliable transportation and appropriate equipment
Can work independently in the field
Are interested in ongoing and recurring assignments, not only one-time jobs
Communication is critical. We understand that weather, equipment problems, and unexpected property conditions happen. What we cannot work with is a lack of communication.
PAY
Compensation varies by service, property size, location, client allowable, and scope of work. Rates are provided and agreed upon before assignment whenever applicable.
Recurring lawn assignments and additional preservation work are available based on performance, reliability, documentation quality, and coverage area.
Subcontractors selected for ongoing assignments will be required to complete onboarding documentation, including a W-9 and subcontractor agreement.

Current and upcoming assignments may include Waco/McLennan County, Temple, Killeen, Belton/Bell County, Coryell County, Falls County, Milam County, Hill County, Williamson County, and surrounding Central Texas areas.

Waco, Temple, Killeen, Harker Heights, Salado, Jarrell, Georgetown & Round Rock
