Wine & Beer Selection Proposal
Dear Family of Great Memories
As part of the beverage planning for your upcoming event, Sip of Love Bar, LLC proposes a carefully selected wine and beer menu designed to provide variety while keeping the overall beverage experience elegant, approachable, and budget-conscious.
WINE SELECTION
We recommend five wine selections:
RED WINE — 2 SELECTIONS
1. Cabernet Sauvignon
A smooth, full-bodied red with notes of dark fruit and subtle oak. A versatile choice for guests who prefer a richer red wine.
2. Pinot Noir
A lighter-bodied, elegant red with notes of cherry and berry. Its softer profile makes it approachable for a wide range of guests.
WHITE WINE — 2 SELECTIONS
3. Chardonnay
A smooth and versatile white wine with fresh fruit characteristics and a balanced finish.
4. Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp, refreshing, and bright, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. A great option for guests who prefer a lighter and more refreshing white.
ROSÉ — 1 SELECTION
5. Rosé
A refreshing, fruit-forward option with a light and elegant profile, providing guests with something between a traditional red and white.
BEER SELECTION
We recommend three beer selections to provide a balanced variety:
1. Domestic Lager
A light, crisp, and easy-drinking option suitable for a broad range of guests.
2. Premium Lager or Pilsner
A clean and refreshing beer with a slightly more distinctive flavor profile.
3. Craft or IPA Selection
A more flavorful option for guests who enjoy a fuller and more character-driven beer.

SELECTION PHILOSOPHY
The goal is to provide variety without overcomplicating the bar. Five wines and three beers give guests meaningful choices while allowing the committee to manage inventory and costs efficiently.
Final brands will be selected based on quality, availability, guest preferences, and the approved beverage budget.
