The recent Arizona storms have us busier than ever, and we’re expanding our team!
We’re a growing, family-owned roofing company looking for an outgoing, motivated, and dependable person to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with a great personality, excellent people skills, and a positive attitude. Someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, staying active, taking initiative, and getting things done.
No roofing experience necessary. We’ll train the right person!
THE POSITION
You’ll help coordinate roofing projects, communicate with homeowners, assist crews and suppliers, keep jobs organized, and help generate additional business through neighborhood outreach, signs, flyers, and customer referrals.
This is an active, hands-on position with excellent earning potential and room for advancement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Outgoing, friendly, and great with people.
* Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
* Comfortable with early mornings and working outdoors.
* Willing to meet homeowners and knock doors in neighborhoods where we’re working.
* Able to follow schedules, instructions, and daily checklists.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
* Professional appearance and good communication skills.
PAY & BENEFITS
* $25–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications.
* $75,000+ annual earning potential with bonuses.
* Additional bonuses for generating new business and referrals.
* Paid training. No roofing experience required.
* Consistent full-time work.
