Reverse Engineering - Obsolete and Discontinued Parts Recreated (Tempe)

I'm a degreed engineer in Tempe with 15 years of technical experience. When a part fails and the manufacturer no longer makes it, I measure the original and recreate it so you can get the equipment back in service.
Work I take on:
- Industrial and shop equipment that's out of production but still runs
- Obsolete components inside otherwise working machines
- Restoration projects where correctness and fit matter
- Custom tooling, fixtures, and jigs no longer available
- Parts where the only remaining option is scrapping the whole unit
How it works: You bring or send me the failed part, or the pieces of it. I take precise measurements and/or 3d scan the part, rebuild the geometry, and produce a part that fits and functions. I'll tell you upfront whether the material and process are right for the loads, heat, and wear it will see. If they aren't, I'll say so rather than sell you something that fails.
You own the design files when we're done. That means the part is permanently available to you. If it wears out in five years, you make another one. That's the real value here: you're not buying a part, you're buying the end of that part being unobtainable.
Pricing starts at $250. Most jobs are quoted after I see the part and understand the application. I'm not the right fit for simple items that are still commercially available, and I'll tell you if you can just buy what you need.
