Swim Clean Pool Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for servicing a weekly route of residential pools, maintaining water quality, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and providing a high level of customer service.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and shows up consistently.
Responsibilities:
Service a weekly route of residential pools
Test and balance water chemistry
Brush, skim, vacuum, and maintain pools
Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) and report issues
Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed
Maintain clean, organized service routes and equipment
Document service notes and communicate issues internally
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Start routes daily no later than 8:30 AM
Follow all company service and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Previous pool service or maintenance experience
Experience running a route independently
Basic equipment repair knowledge
Access to a reliable pick-up truck (company vehicle may be provided based on availability)
Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat year-round
Strong reliability and consistent attendance (critical for this role)
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Strong communication skills (both internal and customer-facing)
Physical ability to lift equipment and perform manual labor
Preferred:
Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification
