- Vanities, Sinks, Toilets, Mirrors, Lighting - New vanities, sinks, faucets, toilets, and mirrors installed, with the plumbing coordinated through my licensed plumbing sub as part of the remodel.
- Tile floors and Shower Surrounds - Regrouting and recaulking, and the small repairs that keep water where it belongs and the room looking sharp.
- ADA, Accessible, Aging in Place Modifications - Grab bars, curbless entries, and widened doorways for wheelchair access, done for comfort and real safety.
