Assemble, repair, refurbish and test MarTek/Electroglas wafer probers. Our wafer Probe systems are high precision robots that handle semiconductor wafers for testing. The probe systems use multiple Microprocessor based controllers to drive closed loop stepper motors, servos and solenoids to control motion (X, Y, Z and Theta), air and vacuum while the wafers are moved through the probe system.
Assembly and integration of the subsystems and subassemblies within the probe system will require the knowledge and or use of:
• Basic hand tools
• Digital Volt Meters
• Dial Indicators and Calipers
• Assembly of Personal Computers
o Windows and DOS based PC’s
• Loading of software
• Following schematics and interconnect diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems down to subsystem and/or component level.
• You may on occasion have to lift items that can weigh up to 65lbs.
This is a full time hourly position with occasional opportunities for overtime. ($19/hr to $30/hr depending on experience)
We are willing to work with and train an entry level person as long that individual has some basic electronic and mechanical skills. But the individual must already have some electronic and mechanical knowledge and/or experience.
