Location: Glendale, AZ
Job type: Full-time
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. Shifts are typically 8–10 hours, with occasional overtime as needed.

About the role

Join a team that handles liquid chlorine and caustic soda used by water treatment plants. We’re looking for a safety-focused, dependable operator with sit-down forklift experience who is ready to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with handling liquid chlorine, caustic soda, and related materials.
• Paint gas and liquid cylinders according to company and regulatory standards.
• Follow safety procedures for working around hazardous chemicals.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support team operations and adapt to new duties and processes.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on added responsibilities.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Experience with gas or liquid cylinders and valves is a plus, but not required.
