Custom fully finished backyard studio/casita with a tan wood-textured exterior and a white paneled door. Was built in 2022 as a tiny home proof of concept for city of Tempe, so this is NOT a tuff shed build out. Fully insulated, on skids so easy to relocate. Can sit on regular pavers (concrete pad not needed). Dark wood laminate flooring, white painted walls, and a ceiling fan with an integrated light. window air conditioning unit, fully wired (110v) with breaker box, multiple electrical outlets, and recessed lighting. Can be plugged in to a regular GFCI outlet. Has been used as a work from home office and stays comfortable in the hottest of AZ summers.
Outside dimensions: 8'2" wide. 12' long on bottom. Overhang is 4'. 9'6" tall on the high side (edge of overhang) and 9' high in back.
Located in South Tempe (elliot and mcclintock). I can arrange delivery in the valley (extra cost) or recommend a company to move it.
