We are looking for absolute killers on the phone. Experienced cold callers, appointment setters, and phone sales professionals who know how to get past gatekeepers, handle objections, reach decision-makers, and BOOK APPOINTMENTS.
Arizona recently experienced a massive storm event, with damage estimates reportedly reaching $2 BILLION across residential and commercial properties. This has created a major opportunity in the roofing industry over the next 6–12 months.
We are recruiting experienced outbound callers to contact homeowners, commercial property owners, property managers, and businesses throughout Arizona.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
We are not looking for people who need extensive training, constant supervision, or someone holding their hand.
We want experienced professionals who can jump right in, pick up the phone, and start producing results.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Experienced cold callers and appointment setters

* People who know how to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
* Confident callers who can handle objections and book qualified appointments
* Self-motivated individuals who work independently without supervision
* People who can follow a script, adapt it, or create their own effective approach
* Professionals comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
* Former call center managers, supervisors, and top-producing representatives
* Reliable, professional people who take ownership of their results
If you’ve managed a call center, trained calling teams, or consistently been a top producer, we especially want to hear from you.
COMMISSION ONLY – SERIOUS EARNING POTENTIAL
WE EXPECT SOME OF OUR TOP-PRODUCING APPOINTMENT SETTERS TO MAKE $200,000–$300,000 IN THE NEXT 6–12 MONTHS FROM THIS STORM CAMPAIGN ALONE.
That’s from making outbound calls and setting qualified appointments. You do not have to sell or install the roofing projects yourself.
We are targeting both residential and commercial roofing opportunities, including high-value commercial projects.

This is strictly commission-only. Earnings depend on actual production and are not guaranteed.
REMOTE WORK OR OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE
We have office space available in the Tempe/Phoenix area for qualified, experienced callers.
Remote: Work from home using your own phone and resources. You must be organized, disciplined, and capable of handling your own outreach and prospecting.
Office: Workspace and calling stations may be available for experienced professionals who prefer working from an office.
Both options require individuals who can operate independently, manage their time, and consistently produce results without constant oversight.
EXPERIENCED CALL CENTER MANAGERS WELCOME
We are also interested in speaking with experienced call center managers or team leaders who have a background in building outbound calling teams, managing production, and generating consistent appointments.
